The Retail Store Manager in training will be trained in overall store operations including collections, processing, sales, personnel management, financial performance, vocational service plan implementation, and loss control activities.
- Prefer BA/BS or minimum of 3 years retail supervisory experience
- Sufficient knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting to maintain business records
- Must exhibit a high level of integrity and business ethics
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must pass a drug screening test
