Goodwill Industries of Sacramento Valley & Northern Nevada currently has ten retail stores offering a wide variety of quality women's, children's and men's fashions, household items, jewelry, linens and must-have items.
The stores provide training for our citizens with disabilities. In 2002, more than 300 citizens with disabilities received training in Goodwill's retail stores. Profits from retail sales directly support job placement services as well. The long-term goal is to have the retail operation profitable in order to deliver the services needed to meet the community's needs, 100% free of government funding.
