OFFICE ADMINISTRATION VOLUNTEER The Office Administration Volunteer is responsible for assisting with office operations by providing general administrative support duties.
Volunteer Job Duties: Assist in office administration support to include:
- photocopying documents
- processing & distributing incoming mail
- posting outgoing mail
- filing
- voice mail documentation
Depending on volunteer experience and abilities, duties may include:
data entry
light typing
phone answering
And other duties as assigned.
Volunteer Qualifications: 1. Must be able to work harmoniously with individuals with disabilities, special needs and other barriers to employment.
2. Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal direction.
3. Moderate level of adaptability and flexibility.
4. Able to commit to a regular schedule of number of hours per week/month.
