In this course, students will learn customer service essentials transferable to many roles in retail and beyond. They’ll leave the course with knowledge about the retail industry, the role of a sales associate, basic sales training, and store operations.

Upon completing the course, students will have the opportunity to earn two relevant certifications:

Rise Up Credentials by the National Retail Federation (NRF)

Included in the program, this certification is designed to help entry-level sales associates learn skills related to frontline retail work.

Advanced Customer Service and Sales Certification

Not included in the program, this certification is for sales and service associates who are looking to expand their knowledge and skills in retail and service-related industries.

Maintenance Technician

This course will train students with the core competencies necessary to become a maintenance technician.

The Custodial Training Program covers all training necessary for employment as custodians or janitors at hospitals, office buildings, stores, warehouses, and as groundskeepers or landscapers in nurseries, greenhouses, or private property.

Learners are taught the fundamentals of industrial building maintenance and groundskeeping including floor care, office and restroom cleaning, window washing, lawn care, proper handling of chemicals, and more. Project assignments are completed in a modern office environment.

Administrative Office Technician

This program helps learners master the digital office skills needed to be competitive in an ever-changing business landscape.

Even more importantly, they will gain the skills they need to continue to adapt in a digital workspace.

Job Readiness

This course is a holistic program to support individual, familial, and organizational success. Taken over six weeks, each of the 25 modules can be taken together or separately depending on the needs of the student.

Each student who completes this course will master work readiness skills they need to succeed in a changing workplace along with other skills to successfully adapt to the challenges of everyday life.

Nonprofit Case Management

This course will teach the essentials of case management as a means for achieving client wellness and autonomy through advocacy, communication, education, identification of service resources, and service facilitation.

This course will help identify appropriate providers and facilities throughout the continuum of services while ensuring that available resources are being used in a timely and cost-effective manner in order to obtain optimum value for all parties involved.

This series of training modules build on each other to provide a comprehensive program to prepare students to work in the information technology field.

A+

This program is made up of courses that can stand alone or be taken consecutively and culminates in the student earning multiple certifications and the ability to move on to the N+ course level.

This course will cover IT professional essentials including how to identify, use, and connect hardware devices, install and support Windows Operating Systems, and provide technical assistance and support to computer users.
